Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS)

Fire Inspection Services PTY LTD provides annual fire safety statements to meet all council requirements. Our accredited fire practitioner team will ensure that all required fire safety measures have been assessed in accordance with the required Australian standards, relevant BCA codes of Australia and environmental planning and assessment act 2000.

Annual fire safety statements are required to be submitted to your local council, local fire brigade and the fire commissioner every 12 months.

The annual fire safety statement along with a copy of the building's fire safety schedule should be displayed in a prominent location of the building.
